Cravings

Living abroad you quickly come to realise how much little things from back home mean to you! There is so much you miss from your daily life, and there is nothing you can do about it than wait until you return home again! Things I miss right now are plentifull, but this last week I have been daydreaming about food (shocking). Norwegian food. Norwegian meals throughout the day, particularly breakfast. Warm bread rolls with an array of magnificent spreads on a clean table. The ultimate breakfast buffé; rekeost shinkeost, kaviar, brunost, smoked salmon, scrambled egg, mills mayonnaise, paté, “Makrell i Tomat”, ham, rekesalat and norwegian cheese, with sliced pieces of cucumber, pepper and tomato, and with delicious Tine Melk, Sunniva Eplejuice or Appelsinjuice to wash it down. My mouth is watering like mad.

Photos not mine.
