Roo spagetti

Yesterday I made something a bit more unusual for dinner! I finally got round to buying kangaroo meat yesterday and decided to make spaghetti meatballs!


  • Kangaroo meatballs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove (or garlic paste)
  • Tin of tomatoes
  • Spices: sprinkle of oregano, salt and pepper 

So obviously everyone knows how to make spaghetti! Really easy, the meatballs did take a bit longer to cook through! The end result was great! The meat was like beef but more gamey and less fatty! Definitely something I would eat again, although I don’t eat red meat that much anymore!
