Chicken and chorizo creamy pasta

It’s been a long time since I have shared a recipe with you guys! This one I couldn’t help myself though, it was so good! Hannicke and I discovered this recipe online when we were trying to find a recipe that would be perfect for her to do to impress her boyfriend. It went down a treat and so I decided I better try it out too, and it didn’t let me down! Chorizo and chicken with broccoli in a creamy sauce, served with pasta! Not healthy, but sometimes you need that indulgence in your life.



  • 2 chorizo sausages (ca. 80 g), cut into small round slices
  • 1 chicken fillet, diced
  • 1 broccoli, cut into floretes
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli to taste

All you have to do is fry the chorizo on medium heat in pan and then take them out of the pan and leave them on the side. Then fry the chicken and onion in remaining chorizo oil before adding the water and broccoli and simmering for 3 min. Lastly add the cream and chorizo back in, season to taste and then and cook for 2 min. Serve with pasta! If you feel extra indulgent you can add parmasan on top for serving too!
